Founded on odd circumstance, this web project was originally endeavored solely as a means to promote my Alaskan Guide business. Built on a hosting company HTML site builder template that original site still survives as this incarnation. Not long into that first simple web building exercise I suffered a permanent injury to my shooting shoulder and was laid up for quite some time with operations and rehab. During that time I kept fiddling with all these bits and bytes and soon realized the medium I was dealing with and so launched Alaskansavvy.com, a series of sites promoting local Fairbanks businesses. Soon after I begain dabbling with dynamic CMS systems and soon was preferring only that medium. Since 2005 Beyond Their Web has evolved and grown exponentially and now focuses not only on local business promotion, but paradoxically also international advertising affiliates, along with the vision I have for the 21st Century Writer's venue. That said, BTW is constantly morphing, ever on the leading edge. Beyond Their Web has become a trailblazer in multilateral web development as regards the finest aspects that drive the Internet these days-- With an emphasis on artistically rendered, content rich CMS formats being the central pivot of any site I build and host. One can be assured, whether a visitor or advertiser, if they click a BTW Site they won't get a dull, drab static site, but something worth bookmarking and coming back to revisit.
